Regarding PoE and PoC, the difference between PoH
2022-11-17
●PoE = Power Over Ethernet。 International standard: IEEE 802.3af.
● PoE is regulated by international standards. Anything called a PoE must comply with this standard. Transmission voltage: 40~57V.
● There is no such thing as "non-standard PoE".
●In HDbaseT products, the cost of implementing PoE is higher. It is common practice in the industry to use PoE technology to supply power (cost reasons).
●PoC = Power Over Cable。 PoH = Power Over HDbaseT。 The two names are essentially the same.
● PoC/PoH: There are usually three actual transmission voltages: 12V, 24V, and 48V. We recommend 24V.
●PoC/PoH: There is no standard, and the principle of each practice is the same, and there is no guarantee of interoperability. In particular, when the transmission voltage is different, the equipment may be burned. You have to check it first.
