Return Policy
1. Warranty: 1 year (excluding accessories)
2. Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order, we will give you a full refund or exchange, we will bear the return and exchange freight. Please be ready to provide photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible, which are used for our Customer Service to record and check.
3. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to human reasons for replacement, you shall bear the cost of replacement freight, repair or replacement of new parts.
Return process
1. Contact customer service within the required time of different items. Please include an explanation and photo stating the reason for the return, which is necessary for the customer service group to check and record.
2. Once your request has been approved, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Please send us your tracking number when you return your item. The items received are returned undamaged with the original packing and accessories.
3. It take 24 hours for us to confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned after we receive the items. Once confirmed, we will process the refund or resend you a new item within 48 hours.
